1.Overview of 6.35KV High Voltage Shunt Capacitor 100kVar - Power Capacitor - Capacitor Bank

Capacitor made of case and pack, case is constructed of welding thick steel sheet. Outgoing porcelain bushing is welded and passed through top cover of capacitor, two sides of case provided with two lifting brackets, one of lifting bracket assembled with earthing bolt.
Capacitor pack has several elements and insulated parts. It uses Polypropylene film as dielectric and Al foil as polar plate.
In order to work in different voltage rating, the elements in pack are connected in series or parallel. As required, the discharging resistance can be built-in.

2. Function of 6.35KV High Voltage Shunt Capacitor 100kVar - Power Capacitor - Capacitor Bank

2.1 Classification
(1) According to the installation type, it can be divided into two types: cabinet type and frame type.
(2) According to the switching mode, it can be divided into manual switching and automatic switching.

3. Main features of 6.35KV High Voltage Shunt Capacitor 100kVar - Power Capacitor - Capacitor Bank

3.1 Casing: Cold-pressed, anti-fouling type casing is adopted, and the creepage distance is not less than 31mm/kV.
3.2 Mature internal fuse technology.

3.2.2 Advanced concealed internal fuse structure, using oil gap arc extinguishing, reducing the possibility of blasting the capacitor case.
3.2.3 The internal fuse protection and relay protection have perfect coordination standards to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the entire device.
3.3 Liquid medium: 100% insulation oil (NO PCB) is used. This liquid has excellent low temperature performance and partial discharge performance.
3.4 The main insulation adopts a composite insulation structure, which not only guarantees excellent electrical performance, but also has a certain degree of mechanical strength, which ensures that the insulation of the capacitor complete set of devices is 100% reliable without protection.
