252kV series outdoor SF6 HV AC circuit breaker is high voltage transmission and transformation equipment at rated voltage of 252kV, three phase AC, 50Hz. And it is used for opening and closing rated current, fault current, and current conversion. It can be used as connecting circuit breaker to control and protect electric system.
This series of AC HV circuit breaker is a our new type self-developed products. The arc extinguish chamber adopts double chamber, double self-contained power extinguish principle. The advanced design, compact structure and technical performance has reached the worlds' frist level and leading brand in domestic. It is a new upgrading product of traditional comp-ressed-air circuit breaker.
This series products include two types: LW46-252 live tank AC high voltage circuit breaker, LW口-252 dead tank AC HV circuit breaker.
The arc-extinguish chamber adopts thermal expansion chamber and double self-contained arc extinguish structure. The type of equipment has simple structure, low noisy, easy for installation and high reliability.
LW46-252 live tank AC HV circuit breaker includes two types as three-phase electric linkage and three-phase mechanical linkage. It is equipped with all spring operation mechanism or hydraulic spring mechanism.
LW口-252 dead tank high voltage AC circuit breaker is composed by circuit breaker, current transformer and inlet & outlet bushing. It is equipped with all spring operation mechanism. Therefore, it not only can be operated in single phase but also can be implemented three-phase operation.
The arc extinguish chamber of circuit breaker has same structure which is highly optimized for general use.
Arc extinguish chamber is optimized designed by ANSYS software in order to improve insulation strength of circuit breaker..
