The HZBD-IV is designed with fully intelligent one-touch testing functions for DC resistance and turns ratio testing. Based on the set testing parameters, it intelligently identifies the current tap position of the transformer, then automatically tests and saves the turns ratio and DC resistance data for that tap position.

Connect the provided three-pin power cable and plug into a 220V AC power source to charge the instrument. The fuse holder and socket are integrated. Use a fuse of specification 250V/2A, size φ5mm × 20mm. Red light indicates charging; green light indicates charging completion.
The instrument must be reliably grounded. Remove any paint or rust from the grounding point.
Short press for 2 seconds to turn on the instrument; long press for 3 seconds to turn off the instrument.
