The ZKD1000-SF is a multi-functional cutting machine centered on dual-head servo + intelligent positioning advantages. Equipped with dual working heads and high-speed servo motors, paired with a camera automatic positioning system, it can simultaneously complete multi-process operations (half-cut, full-cut, creasing, etc.) while accurately capturing pattern contours, enabling integrated "positioning-cutting" workflow.
Combining 2000g ultra-high pressure with ±0.01mm-level precision, it can handle delicate materials like crystal labels and PVC adhesive with high efficiency, as well as stably cut batch materials such as car stickers and labels. Its 1200mm/s high-speed operation also drastically reduces production time. Supporting multi-mode connectivity (WiFi, wired network, etc.),it offers smooth and user-friendly operation, and is compatible with all Windows systems and mainstream design software. It’s a "high-efficiency + precision + versatility" production tool for advertising signs, decorative materials and other fields.
