The ZK500 is a high-precision, user-friendly cutting plotter designed for small-batch, on-demand production of stickers, tags, and craft materials. It features dual-axis automatic induction feeding, ensuring smooth and stable paper handling, while its full-page cutting capability eliminates edge margins for maximum material utilization.
Equipped with an intelligent camera positioning system, it automatically detects and cuts around printed graphics with ±0.01mm accuracy, making it ideal for intricate designs on adhesive stickers, cardboard tags, heat transfer films, and washi tape. The pure capacitive LCD touchscreen offers intuitive operation, and with options for USB, U-disk, or wireless WiFi connectivity, you can easily transfer cutting jobs from any Windows device.
Built with a durable Roland blade and a 1000g max cutting force, it handles a wide range of materials with a 370mm maximum feed width and 360mm cutting width. The machine’s compact size (L730mm×W200mm×H190mm) and drive-free plug-and-play design make it perfect for home studios, small businesses, and retail environments, delivering professional results at a speed of 700mm/s.
