The STD350 Double‑Head Sticker Cutting and Creasing Die Cutting Machine With CCD Camera is a high‑precision digital die‑cutting equipment dedicated to sticker cutting, packaging indentation, hang tag engraving and irregular‑shape processing. Its dual‑head design allows cutting and creasing operations to be completed in one pass, greatly boosting your production efficiency for small‑batch custom orders.
Powered by a built‑in CCD camera, this cutter supports automatic contour positioning via QR code, dot and right‑angle marks, achieving ±0.01mm cutting accuracy and 0.082mm repeatability. It delivers a strong 2000g cutting force with a maximum speed of 1200mm/s, capable of handling materials up to 450gsm thick, with a 330mm maximum cutting width and unlimited cutting length.
Equipped with a 4.3‑inch touch screen, Wi‑Fi, USB and network cable connectivity, the machine supports file scanning and offline operation. Compatible with CDR, AI, PS and Signmaster software, it works with all Windows systems under 100‑240V adaptive power supply, being an ideal choice for label shops, packaging factories and printing studios.
