HGDBP Series Multi-Frequency Inductive Voltage Withstand Comprehensive Tester

In accordance with the GB 50150-2006 national standard "Standard for Handover Testing of Electrical Equipment in Electrical Installation Projects" and the GB 1027-1997 national standard specification for voltage transformers, the testing requirements are as follows:

1. For electromagnetic voltage transformers (including the electromagnetic unit of capacitive voltage transformers), when encountering high core magnetic flux density, the induction withstand voltage test shall be conducted in accordance with the following specifications:
   1. The test voltage shall be applied between the primary terminals; the test may employ secondary winding excitation, with the applied voltage sufficient to induce the specified test voltage in the primary winding; the on-site induced withstand voltage test voltage shall be 80% of the factory test voltage.
   2. The test power frequency and test voltage duration shall comply with the provisions of Clause 4 in Section 7.0.13.
   3. Before and after the induction withstand voltage test, measure the no-load current at the rated voltage once each; the two measured values should show no significant difference.
   4. When performing the induced voltage withstand test on the intermediate voltage transformer of a capacitive voltage transformer, the voltage divider capacitor must be disassembled. If disassembly is not feasible at the site due to product structural constraints, the induced voltage withstand test may be omitted.
2. The measurement of no-load current and excitation curve for electromagnetic voltage transformers shall comply with the following requirements:
   1. Typically, excitation curve measurement points are set at 20%,50%,80%,100%, and 120% of the rated voltage. For voltage transformers with directly grounded neutral points (N-terminal grounded), the maximum measurement point is 190% for transformers rated at 35 kV or below, and 150% for transformers rated at 66 kV or above.
   2. At the rated voltage measurement point (100%), the excitation current shall not exceed 30% of the measured values specified in the factory test report and type test report. For voltage transformers of the same batch, model, and specification, the excitation current at this point shall not differ by more than 30%.

• Testing of the induced withstand voltage and no-load current characteristics for electromagnetic voltage transformers rated at 1.35 kV and below;
• Inductive withstand voltage test for distribution transformers of 2.10 kV and below (requires an intermediate excitation test transformer);

1. The system supports preset test frequencies of 50Hz, 100Hz, 150Hz, and 200Hz (or manual frequency selection for flexible output), enabling fully automated testing or touch-controlled voltage adjustment with real-time coarse/fine step adjustments available at 1V,2V,5V, and 10V. This configuration facilitates convenient multi-frequency induction withstand voltage tests for current transformers.
2. The no-load current excitation characteristic parameters of the current transformer can be tested (by applying a 50 Hz voltage to the low-voltage side as required; typical measurement voltages are 20%,50%,80%,100%, and 120% of the low-voltage winding's rated value, with a maximum of 190%, and other measurement points can be set arbitrarily). This allows for the plotting of the excitation characteristic curve and no-load losses, which can then be saved and printed.
3. The built-in LC filter circuit ensures that the waveform distortion rate remains within the specified range.
