FAQ
Q1: The device cannot be powered on and the screen does not light up after power connection
Check whether the three-phase input power wires are firmly connected and ensure no phase loss. Confirm that the input power meets the rated standard of 3×380V/220V and 50Hz power frequency. Check whether the power switch and internal fuse are burned out. Replace the power cord if internal wire breakage occurs and try again.
Q2: The digital display values keep jumping and the readings are unstable after startup
Excessive grid voltage fluctuation or serious harmonic interference exists. The input terminals of the device are loose, please fasten all binding posts. There are high-power electromagnetic equipment such as welding machines and inverters nearby, and the device needs to be kept away from interference sources.
Q3: The phase value does not change when rotating the phase adjustment knob
Slight phase change under no-load condition is normal. Please connect loads such as energy meters and relay protection devices before debugging. The internal contact of the phase knob is poor, and violent twisting is prohibited. If the above situations are excluded, the internal phase-shifting transformer module is faulty and needs factory maintenance.
Q4: The phase adjustment accuracy is inaccurate and has deviations compared with standard instruments
Long-term full-load operation causes the device to overheat. Power off the device, cool it down for 30 minutes, and then recalibrate. The connected load power is too large and exceeds the rated output capacity of the device. It is necessary to regularly compare and calibrate the device with a standard phase meter to ensure test accuracy.
Q5: The output voltage cannot be increased or decreased when adjusting the voltage knob
There is a short circuit in the load or wiring. Cut off the power immediately to troubleshoot the circuit. The voltage adjustment potentiometer of the device is worn and aging. The internal voltage regulating winding is faulty, please contact after-sales service for maintenance in time.
Q6: The output current is too small to meet the test requirements
The impedance of the external load is too high, and a matched test load needs to be replaced. The output test wire is too thin and too long, causing voltage drop. It is recommended to replace it with short and thick test wires. The output capacity of the device will attenuate after long-term use.

We default to using dedicated logistics lines or brand-specific express shipping services; small-sized main units and accessories may also be shipped via standard courier services.
