The 6868 high-power UVA LED bead is professionally developed for industrial continuous photocuring scenarios. This SMD packaged ultraviolet light source adopts four LED chips connected in series and is fitted with a high-transmittance 60° quartz focusing lens.
Different from ordinary silicone lenses, quartz glass possesses excellent heat resistance and powerful anti-ultraviolet aging capability. It will not turn yellow after long-term continuous UVA irradiation, effectively avoiding luminous attenuation caused by lens aging and securing sustained stable ultraviolet output.

The optimized 6868 packaging structure achieves excellent heat conduction performance to rapidly export heat generated during long-hour operation. The 60° focused beam angle concentrates ultraviolet radiant energy, raising irradiance level and greatly enhancing curing efficiency for UV glue, resin, printing ink and other materials.
