40-Inch PTFE Pleated Filter Cartridge with PTFE Membrane for High Flow Rate

The 40-inch PTFE pleated filter cartridge is designed for high-purity liquid filtration and demanding chemical filtration applications where excellent chemical compatibility, stable filtration performance, and low contamination risk are required.

Made with PTFE pleated membrane media, this filter cartridge provides strong resistance to acids, alkalis, organic solvents, oxidizing agents, and other aggressive chemicals. The pleated structure offers a large effective filtration area, helping to achieve high flow rate, low pressure drop, and longer service life compared with conventional depth filter cartridges.

The cartridge is suitable for precision filtration in chemical processing, electronics, semiconductor wet process, high-purity chemicals, solvents, and other critical liquid filtration systems. Its stable pore structure helps remove fine particles and protect downstream processes or equipment.

The 40-inch length makes it suitable for higher-flow systems while reducing the number of cartridges required in the housing. Different micron ratings, end cap styles, sealing materials, and connection types can be customized according to the actual working conditions and filter housing design.
