Every unit is manufactured in accordance with API 6A and API 16C design practice, with the complete flow trim built around tungsten carbide components that resist the cutting action of produced sand and high velocity fluid.

The needle type construction gives the operator a simple, predictable relationship between handwheel position and flow rate, and a machined indicator scale on the bonnet shows the exact opening at all times.
