Sour Service API 6A Gate Valve FF HH H2S Resistant Forged Steel Pressure Seal

The CCSC sour service API 6A gate valve is a forged steel pressure seal bonnet gate valve specifically engineered for wells and flowlines handling hydrogen sulphide, carbon dioxide and other corrosive produced fluids. Manufactured to the FLS full bore, through conduit concept and offered in material classes FF and HH, the valve meets the hardness and material selection requirements of NACE MR0175 and ISO 15156 so that every wetted component resists sulphide stress cracking and stress corrosion cracking throughout the design life of the well.
