This series of products adopts new technologies, new materials, new processes in the 1990s, sophisticated material selection, and sophisticated manufacturing. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, light weight, reliable performance, and convenient installation and maintenance.
This series of motors complies with the national standard GB755 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electric Machines", the industry standard JB/T7593 "Technical Conditions for Y Series High Voltage Three-phase Asynchronous Motors (Frame No. 355-630)", JB/T10315.1 "YKS, YKS- W, YQF series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions (frame size 355-630)", JB/T10315.2 "YKK, YKK-W series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions (frame size 355-630)", The enterprise standard "10KV three-phase asynchronous motor (frame size 450-800) technical conditions" and IEC international standards, the mechanical dimensions and tolerances of each component meet the corresponding national standards and international standards.
The enclosure protection grades of this series of motors are IP23, IP44, IP54, IP55, etc. The cooling methods include IC01, IC611 and IC81W, etc., and the installation method is IMB3. Corresponding protection types, cooling methods and installation methods can also be made according to user requirements.
The enclosure protection grades of this series of motors are IP23, IP44, IP54, IP55 and IP56 according to the standards of GB4942.1 and IEC34-5 "Enclosure protection grades for rotating electrical machines". IP23 motors can be made into IP44 (duct ventilation) or IPW24 (climate protection type) according to user requirements. If users need other protection grades, they can be supplied separately.
The basic conditions for the normal operation of the motor:
(1) The altitude does not exceed 1000m;
(2) The maximum ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C; the minimum ambient air temperature is 5°C;
(3) For YKS and YRKS series motors, the temperature of the cooling water at the cooling inlet should not exceed 33°C, and the minimum temperature should be 5°C;
(4) The average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90% and the average minimum temperature of the month is not higher than 25℃;
(5) The power frequency is 50Hz±l%;
(6) The variation range of the working voltage is not more than ±5% of the rated voltage;
(7) The motor rating is continuous duty S1.
