These three components form a homogeneous capacitor body, with both the dielectric protection layer and the dielectric film layer being annular bodies. The two sets of internal electrodes form annular film surfaces. The capacitor body is a cylinder with a through hole, and the terminal electrode includes an outer ring end and an inner ring end. The metallized film of the inner ring end covers the inner wall of the through hole, and the metallized film of the outer ring covers the outer wall of the cylinder.
