Machine description :
Fully automatic face mask production line, also known as One to two face mask production line, by a mask body machine and welding unit into two ears. Can produce 80-100 pieces per minute complete plane masks, masks for sizes: 175 X 95 mm .Compared with the single independent type of face mask making machine, joined the automatic conveyor belt and port, the unique design in addition to improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs, but also to minimize the manual participation, reduce the risk of mask by pollution in the process of production.

1. The disposable face mask mainly consists of 2 layers of non-woven cloth, 1 layer of velvet spray cloth, 2 straps and 1 nose bridge component.
2. All raw materials are provided by coil feeding, and then automatic feeding and combination are realized through multiple automatic mechatronics units, and then ultrasonic welding technology is used to weld three layers of cloth and two straps together to form a complete product.
3. The material used for the mechanical device conforms to the production process requirements of the mask product, so that dust, oil and other pollution objects will not be produced in the production process, so as to ensure that the products produced meet the relevant hygiene requirements.
Application Area:
It is applicable to the automatic production and processing of disposable masks for medical general and medical surgery.
Tehchicial characteristics:
1. The surface layer, filter layer and bottom layer three rolls of fabric are automatically aligned and fed, and the bilateral symmetrical ultrasonic continuous edge pressing is conducted. After the continuous roller edge pressing is cut, it is divided into two stations for ear belt welding to improve the production efficiency. After the ear belt is welded, the digital pile is automatically counted.
2. The production line adopts the structure of "one drag two". The main body of a mask is automatically transported and distributed to two sets of ear belt automatic welding processing stations through a transmission system.
3. The ear band can be cut and welded automatically by ultrasonic.
4. Nose clip can realize automatic feeding, shearing and ultrasonic welding
