Our in-house quality control laboratory is equipped with a salt spray test chamber (ASTM B117), universal tensile testing machine, coating thickness gauge, and CMM for dimensional verification. Every batch undergoes 3-stage quality inspection: incoming raw material inspection, in-process QC at each production station, and final pre-shipment inspection with detailed test reports.
