2.Introduction

Battery Discharge Tester HY3980 is a special instrument for the test of NiCD and Lead-acid storage battery string of the whole string voltage of 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, and it adopts current advanced testing technology theory, and has obtained a series of breakthrough in research and application of new technology, new parts, new material and new techniques, which is designed in accordance with the requests of national related testing and maintenance regulations and it is a special detection instrument for the performance detection of stationary battery.

Features

Use the PTC ceramic resistance to avoid the red hot phenomenon, make the entire discharge process much safer.
Easy installation, commissioning and maintenance , the acquisition module before and after use the isolation technology , high degree of reliability and security
The equipped PC monitoring system can real-time monitor the entire discharge process, analyze the monitored total voltage, discharge current data, generate the corresponding data report of different documents. Intuitive reflect the curve, graphics, reports etc of the battery performance and available to print and query.
With SD interface, the discharge process data can be stored in the SD card, and imported to the PC. The PC data management software can analyze the battery discharge process, and can generate the corresponding data report. Make the data transfer more convenient.
Use the intelligent single-chip ARM control, LCD display in English. Touch screen and manual combined, the menu operation is simple and clear.
Automatic protection function. when in these cases: reach the discharge setting time, reach the discharge capacity; battery voltage is lower than the set minimum protection voltage; load connection abnormalities, etc., the instrument will automatically stop discharge and alarm, and automatically record the shutdown mode.
The test / discharge termination conditions can be set, including the single battery voltage, battery packs termination voltage, discharge current, discharge time.
Battery capacity can be estimated by short-term discharge (10 minutes).
Each battery discharge condition can be recorded during the test / discharge process , mainly the total battery capacity, total voltage, total current and voltage changes of single cell with lowest voltage.
