The Zirconia Tubular Ceramic Membrane features a high-purity zirconia (ZrO₂) separation layer supported by a robust alumina (Al₂O₃) porous substrate. This asymmetric multi-layer structure combines the exceptional separation performance of zirconia with the excellent mechanical strength of alumina, providing reliable filtration under demanding industrial conditions.
Manufactured through precision coating and high-temperature sintering, the membrane delivers a highly uniform pore structure with outstanding chemical resistance, thermal stability, and long-term durability. It is ideal for nanofiltration, ultrafiltration, clarification, concentration, and purification processes requiring high product purity and consistent performance.

The membrane operates using inside-out crossflow filtration.
Feed liquid enters the internal channels of the tubular membrane. Under transmembrane pressure, water and low-molecular-weight substances permeate through the zirconia separation layer, while suspended solids, bacteria, proteins, colloids, nanoparticles, and other larger components are retained inside the membrane channels.
The continuous crossflow velocity effectively minimizes membrane fouling and maintains stable permeate flux during long-term operation.
