Silicon Carbide Heating Element Overview
The silicon carbide (SiC) heating element is a non-metal high temperature electric heating element manufactured from selected super quality green silicon carbide as the main material, formed into blanks, solidified under high temperature, and re-crystallized.
Compared with metal electric heating elements, these elements feature high application temperature, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, minimal deformation, and easy installation and maintenance.
Widely used in various high temperature electric furnaces and other electric heating devices across industries including magnet, ceramic, powder metallurgy, glass, metallurgy, and machinery.
