Our pressureless sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) square beams are engineered for extreme industrial environments. Manufactured via extrusion and sintered at ultra-high temperatures (2100-2200°C), they deliver unmatched mechanical strength, minimal thermal expansion, and superior resistance to creep under continuous high-temperature load.

  • Exceptional High-Temperature Load Bearing: Maintains structural integrity and high flexural strength (300-400 MPa) at temperatures up to 1650°C.

  • Ultra-Low Thermal Expansion: Coefficient of 4.0 x 10⁻⁶/K ensures dimensional stability, preventing warping and misalignment in thermal cycles.

  • Superior Anti-Creep Performance: Withstands long-term static loads at high temperatures without deformation, ensuring kiln structural stability.

  • Excellent Thermal Shock Resistance: Withstands thermal shocks over 350°C, facilitated by high thermal conductivity (196 W/m·K at 20°C).

  • High Corrosion & Oxidation Resistance: Resists strong acids, alkalis, and forms a protective SiO₂ layer at high temperatures.
