These tubes effectively shield thermocouples from harsh conditions, ensuring measurement accuracy and significantly extending service life compared to traditional metal or ceramic alternatives.

Withstand Extreme Temperatures
1650 °C in air & 1900°C in inert atmospheres, far exceeding the limits of stainless steel (600-800°C).
Maintains high mechanical strength, with a flexural strength of 380 MPa even at elevated temperatures.
Superior Corrosion & Erosion Resistance
Excellent resistance to strong acids (HCl, HNO₃, H₂SO₄), molten metals (Zn, Sn, Pb), and corrosive gases.
Oxidation resistance is 7 times stronger than alumina ceramics at 1300°C.
Ideal for harsh environments with sulfur, tar, and high-velocity particulates.
Exceptional Thermal Shock & Wear Resistance
Low thermal expansion coefficient (4.85 * 10⁻⁶/°C) minimizes cracking risks during rapid temperature changes.
