Unlike portable household plasma cutters, this industrial model is designed for continuous cutting of thick metal plates. It is widely compatible with table CNC plasma cutting machines and gantry CNC cutting systems. The system features 100% duty cycle capability, enabling 24/7 non-stop operation without overheating or thermal shutdown, making it ideal for mass production requirements.

- CUT-200A Plasma Power Source: Industrial metal cabinet with lifting rings for easy hoisting and installation. Features digital display, current adjustment knob, control buttons, and air pressure gauge for real-time parameter monitoring. Built with high-power IGBT inverter module and optimized heat dissipation air duct, designed for harsh workshop environments.
- MSW-30L Independent Water Cooling Unit: 30L circulating water cooling system for the plasma torch. Provides constant cooling to reduce torch temperature, significantly extending the service life of electrodes, nozzles, and other consumables while preventing torch burnout during extended thick plate cutting operations.
