PTM300 Portable Gas Chromatograph for On Site VOC Analysis with High Accuracy
The PTM300 portable gas chromatograph uses a high-sensitivity photoionization detector to detect extremely low concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other toxic gases. It is designed with a completely independent dual chromatographic system. The analyzer adopts an ergonomic backpack design, suitable for outdoor use. It has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery that supports continuous operation for more than 6 hours. It has a built-in small carrier gas bottle that supports fast filling; it also supports the machine to purify air as a gas chromatograph carrier gas.
1. Detection of extremely trace (ppb) volatile organic compounds (VOC);
2. Rapid detection of volatile organic gases in air, water and soil;
3. Highly sensitive detection of VOCs gas components such as benzene, toluene, xylene, styrene, etc.;
4. Equipped with a handheld data terminal (PDA), the wireless communication distance is greater than 30 meters;
5. The carrier gas uses high-purity nitrogen, helium or zero-grade air, and the built-in gas cylinder supports rapid filling;
6. Supports the use of purified air as carrier gas, and can work continuously without external carrier gas;
7. Equipped with a sampling pump and an automatic injection valve, the analysis can be completed with one click in the software workstation;
8. (Optional) Completely independent dual chromatography system, which can work simultaneously or separately;
9. The analytical column uses a 30-meter stainless steel capillary column, and the pre-column and multi-position valve realize the separation of complex components;
10. Built-in chromatographic library of more than 40 gas analyses, supports new analysis methods, and expands the spectrum library.
Application areas: industrial hygiene, indoor air quality (IAQ), detection of volatile organic compounds and aldehydes and ketones in vehicle air, benzene leakage monitoring, site characteristics monitoring, sulfide and odor gas detection.
Developable test samples: vinyl chloride, trans-1,2-dichloroethylene, cis-1,2-dichloroethylene, trichloroethylene (TCE), tetrachloroethylene (PCE), ethylene chloride, naphthalene and other ethylene oxides, ethyl chloride, ethane, alkanes (up to octane), isoprene, ethylene, propylene, butene, dichloromethane and other chloromethanes, light chlorobenzenes, hydrogen sulfide, light mercaptans, organic amines, organic sulfur (up to dimethyl disulfide), methyl ethyl ketone, arsine, phosphine, acetaldehyde, aldehydes (up to hexanal), ethylene glycol esters, fluorochloromethanes (Freon), methyl isocyanate, ethyl chloride, cyclohexanone, ethyl acrylate, light alcohols, etc.
