Utilizing two specialized dyes—one binding to large, intact RNA and another selectively binding to small, degraded RNA—the assay enables quick assessment of RNA quality and integrity. Simply add samples to the RNA IQ working solution and measure on the Qubit 4 Fluorometer.

The thoughtfully engineered Qubit 4 Fluorometer requires minimal sample volumes (1-20 µL) and operates at room temperature with a compact footprint.
