The Ocean One-III Airflow Pattern Tester is a standard ultrasonic water mist generator. This device utilizes the principle of ultrasonic atomization,using an ultrasonic atomizer to atomize purified water into high-concentration mist particles between 1-10 micrometers, which is then expelled by air pressure. When connected to a laminar flow tube,it can visually display the status of airflow organization within the tested space and identify turbulence. The consumable material used in our company's Airflow Pattern Tester is deionized water or purified water. Therefore, the generated smoke is non-toxic,non-polluting, and ensures no residue from the source. The atomization process also uses mist particle sizes with a relatively long retention time,to ensure that the pattern displayed by the mist particles during use is more intuitive. Device Application Environments: Cleanroom airflow direction testing, air purifier demonstrations, enclosure testing, laboratory duct testing,and airflow pattern inspection for related products, etc.
