FEATURES & BENEFITS
The cabinet housing is constructed from high-quality galvanized steel sheet, precision-formed and treated with a surface spray-coating process to ensure excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The inner chamber is fabricated from premium-grade 304 mirror-polished stainless steel. The interior corners feature a semi-circular arc design, facilitating easy cleaning.
The equipment features real-time monitoring capabilities for various parameters (such as temperature and CO2 concentration), as well as the ability to view historical data trends. Furthermore, it integrates data logging, downloading, and export functions (supporting export to a USB flash drive in CSV and PDF formats), alongside fault alarm and diagnostic inquiry capabilities.
It is equipped with a 4.3-inch touchscreen display that enables real-time monitoring and control of parameters such as temperature and CO2 concentration. The controller includes a lock function to effectively prevent accidental operation.
It utilizes a renowned brand of infrared (IR) CO2 concentration sensor, ensuring stable control and a long operational lifespan.
It is fitted with a PT100 temperature sensor to ensure precise temperature control within the chamber.
Six-Sided Heating Design: The outer door features a heating function that effectively prevents condensation buildup, thereby facilitating clear observation of the experimental process.
UV Sterilization Function: The chamber can undergo periodic UV sterilization treatments to effectively prevent contamination during cell culture processes.
Microbial Filter: The CO2 inlet is fitted with a microbial filter, offering a filtration efficiency of up to 99.9% for particles with a diameter greater than 0.3 μm.
