Paper manufacturing wastewater originates primarily from two processes: pulping (separating fibers from plant materials, bleaching to form pulp) and paper making (diluting pulp, forming, pressing, and drying). Our reclaimed water reuse system employs a four-stage treatment process—wastewater treatment station, adjustment tank, microfiltration/ultrafiltration, and modified RO membrane filtration—to recycle water that meets Urban Wastewater Reuse - Industrial Water Quality standards and factory-specific requirements. This solution significantly reduces water consumption, cuts production costs, and addresses energy-saving & emission-reduction goals.
