Why should use 3 in 1 Dehumidifier dryer Machine in plastic industry.
Most engineering plastics are hygroscopic, such as PET, nylon, PC, etc. When the plastic is taken out of the moisture-proof sealed packaging bag and exposed to the atmosphere, it starts to absorb moisture from the atmosphere, and the general traditional hot-air bucket drying The dryer uses external air with moisture to dry the plastic, so it cannot prevent the plastic from continuing to absorb moisture.
Most of the bad problems encountered in molding are that the plastic is not sufficiently dehumidified and dried before molding. Long-absorbent plastics such as PET, PBT, and nylon require ultra-low dew point drying equipment to dehumidify.
The problems often encountered in the molding of these plastics are: air bubbles, silver bars, flow marks, cracks, insufficient transparency, sticky burning, insufficient physical strength of the product, insufficient dimensional stability, internal stress, and burrs.
In addition, when the material is melt-molded, excessive moisture will cause a hydrolysis reaction, which will reduce the material quality and reduce the impact and strength of the molded product. These will make it impossible to recycle the recycled materials and cause waste of raw materials.

The "Three-in-One" compact dryers combine drying, dehumidifying, and two-stage conveying function in a single unit. They are suitable for drying hygroscopic engineering plastics, such as PA, PC, PBT, PET etc. A honeycomb rotor is used in the dehumidifying section.
Features of the dryer dehumidifier conveyer 3-in-1 dryer,
TCD series compact dryers are equipped with honeycomb rotor for dehumidifying. They have two kinds of design: Fully-integral and semi-integral depending on the size.
Suitable for drying hygroscopic engineering plastics such as PA, PC, PBT, PET etc.
Integration of dehumidifying, drying, and two-stage conveying functions in a single unit. Three-stage conveying is also available as an option.
Insulated drying hopper features dry air down-blowing and cyclone exhaust design. This improves drying efficiency and reduces energy consumption which maintaining a steady drying effect.
Closed-loop conveying system eliminates the possibility of moisture re-absorption during material conveying.
The dehumidifying section of TCD series features two condensers to ensure a low return air temperature and low dew-point.
Equipped with pneumatic shut-off valve to ensure no material remains in the material line after each loading cycle.
Material processing is controlled via microprocessor as standard with touch screen PLC control as an option for centralized and automatic operation.
Dew-point monitor can be fitted to monitor and display dry air dew-point.
