The DC resistance tester is an essential tool for testing inductive coils such as power transformers, mutual inductors, reactors, and electromagnetic operating mechanisms during manufacturing, factory inspections, installation, major repairs, post-tap-changer adjustments, acceptance tests, and preventive tests in the power sector. It can inspect the welding quality of winding joints, detect inter-turn short circuits, verify the proper contact of tap-changer positions, check if the actual tap position matches the indicated position, identify broken leads, and detect broken strands in multi-strand windings. The instrument features a compact size, lightweight, high output current, excellent repeatability, strong anti-interference capability, and comprehensive protection functions. The device is equipped with an ARM high-integration core and includes automatic discharge and discharge alarm functions. With high testing accuracy and simple operation, it enables rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance.
