Features
The HLN Aquano coolant heaters preheat the engines in cold weathers to reduce engine wear at the starting stage. At the initial engine starting stage, there is no lubricant on the engine cylinder bore and pistons. Low temperature causes lubricant to increase in viscosity, causing it hard to splash lubricant on to the engine cylinder or pistons. With HLN coolant heaters, the lubricant becomes warm before the engine starts, making the entire cylinder – piston system better lubricated and protected at the engine starting stage. Thus, engine wear reduces significantly and long-term vehicle maintenance cost also reduced.
HLN provides heater accessories targeting various applications. To meet the demand of recreational vehicle users, the company supplies fuel tanks of different grades. From dark color ones that can prevent fuel degradation when exposed to direct sun shine, to the more economical white ones. To meet the demand of boat users, the company supplies installation plates, screws of different grades of stainless steel, in addition to line connection plugs that can prevent corrosion.
