The HLN Aerolyn 2000 air heater is an ideal solution for your cabin heating needs. It can heat the space without idling the engine. The heater can seamlessly integrate to the existing fuel supply system, and operate independently from the engine. A fuel tank is also available in case the vehicle does not operate on diesel. The products have been widely installed on vehicles operating in Europe, Asia-Pacific and Americas, receiving positive feedbacks from operators of trucks, agricultural vehicles, caravans and more. This compact unit quietly provides 2 kW (7,000 BTU/h) of heat output. With its low maintenance and efficient operations, the Aerolyn 2000 air heater can comfortably pay for itself in months.
Combustion chamber is a key part of the heater that largely decides the durability of the heater in the long run. HLN selects and utilizes only the best 301S material to make the heater last under all kinds of harsh conditions. Every heater user can do a simple test to judge if the combustion chamber has used good material – use a piece of magnet to see if it can attach to the combustion chamber. If so, it means there is too much iron, instead of steel in the combustion chamber. Therefore, in the long term, heaters with such combustion chambers are more prone to failures.
