Products Description

Product Usage

    It is used for producing various sizes of thermal conductive graphite film. The equipment before and after the process required reasonable equipment collocation, and equipment utilization rate is good, effective production.
Advantage 1 It adopts microcomputer for furnace body distribution control, temperature control, temperature recording and monitoring of water, electricity and gas data. The actual furnace temperature is recorded by using programming process temperature rise curve. To ensure the quality of products, it can track the production. Comprehensive monitoring of water, electricity and gas data, it will alarm within 1s automatically and protect the equipment when failure occurs.
 
Advantage 2
It is mainly composed of 1200-1600℃ carbonization
furnace and 2800-3000℃ ultra-high temperature furnace , supporting gas purification device, gas filtration device, cooling and circulating water system. With "one cabinet
and two furnaces" design, it improves production output. There are two types of furnace: horizontal and vertical, which is to meet different product requirements.
