Key Technical Parameters and Performance:
Boom Performance: Maximum placing height up to 72.1 meters, placing radius 66.9 meters, depth 53.7 meters. Employing a dual vibration reduction system for both vertical and slewing booms, the vertical amplitude at the end of the boom is controlled within ±0.2 meters, and the slewing amplitude is reduced by 80%, ensuring stability and maneuverability of the long boom during high-altitude operations.
Pumping Efficiency: The maximum theoretical delivery capacity is 180 cubic meters per hour, and the maximum concrete outlet pressure is 11.3 MPa.
Through a newly optimized low-resistance pumping mechanism, improvements have been made to the hopper, mixing blades, and concrete flow channels, effectively reducing the dead zone and pumping resistance, resulting in an 8%-15% increase in pumping efficiency.
