Description
DTH (Down to Hole) drill bit, also called spline connected drill bit, is mainly used in large scale mine
(open and underground), open quarry and construction. The hammer is situated down the hole in direct
connected with the drill bit with splines in the bit. The hammer piston strikes the drill bit resulting in an efficien
t transmission of the impact energy and insignificant power losses with the hole depth.
The bits in the new range have an optimized head length with maximized steel support for the cemented
carbide buttons, deep face grooves for excellent flushing and an aggressive cutting structure.
Application
DTH drill bits range covers the most diverseapplications in mining, natural resources exploration, water wells,
quarries and civil works.
