Product

 

The equipment has compact structure and small area. According to the structure of the equipment, the heat needed for drying is mainly provided by the hollow blade wall arranged on the hollow shaft, while the heat transfer on the jacket wall is only a small part. Therefore, the unit volume equipment heat transfer surface is large, can save equipment area, reduce capital investment.

 

 

Working

 

The blade dryer consists of two or four blade shafts engaged with each other, a W-shaped shell with a jacket, a seat and a transmission part. The whole drying process of the material is carried out in a closed state. Organic volatile gas and odorous gas are sent to tail gas treatment unit in closed atmosphere to avoid environmental pollution. The dryer uses steam, hot water or heat conducting oil as the heating medium. The heating medium is divided into two ways, which enter the shell jacket of the dryer and the inner cavity of the blade shaft, and heat the body and the blade shaft at the same time.

Application

 

This dryer is widly used in pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, chemical industry and etc. Especially be sutiable for the following materials:
1. Pulpiness, paste-like mixture or powder materials.
2. Thermal sensitive material which required to be dried at lower temperature.
3. Material that are easy to oxidize or explode and the material that have strong irritative or toxic.
4. Material that required recoverying solvet.

 

 

Advantages

1. Compact structure: the main heat transfer components of the dryer are shovel-shaped blades, which are dense and intersected on fixed rotating shafts at specified intervals, so the heat transfer per unit volume is relatively high. For this reason, the structure of the equipment is very compact, small area.

2. High heat transfer efficiency: due to good mixing and stirring of raw materials, heating and cooling of the relative rotating blade and sloping blade surface and the body, all surfaces in contact with the product can transfer heat energy uniformly.

3. Self-cleaning performance: because the blade motion is relative rotation, they play a continuous self-cleaning effect on the inner surface nearby. Products that are bonded and stacked on the blades can be removed and re-entered the production process.

4. Simple control: drying process and residence time can be easily checked, controlled and adjusted. They can be individually set and adjusted according to the physical properties of the dried product, and the number of shafts or blades, the rotational speed, the temperature of the heat transfer body and the drying time can be set and adjusted.

5. Less dust and odors: the amount of dust and odors that can be produced is small because the flow of gas used in the drying process is small. As a result, the associated vacuum cleaner or deodorizer is small or not required at all.

6. Suitable for drying of high humidity products: the use of blade drying elements and continuous mixing allows drying of highly viscous, high humidity materials. It is designed to avoid product retention at dead ends and overheating or spoilage caused by product retention.

7. There is little wear and wear: the blade has a low rotational speed of only 1040 revolutions per minute, which effectively avoids abrasion and rapid wear of machine tool equipment caused by abrasion. In addition, the fracture risk of metallic materials is minimized.
