Standard Keypad Controller Functions (HDK-CK23C2)
Basic Functions
Heat Exchange Mode: Energy from exhaust air can be extracted to heat (in winter) or cool (in summer) the fresh air, reducing energy consumption
Speed Adjustment: 5 adjustable speeds (positions 1, 3, 5, 7, 10) for supply air and exhaust air outlets, adjustable independently
Operation Timer: Unit can operate intermittently for 15min, 30min, or 45min per hour; continuous operation also possible
Power-off Memory: Unit retains its operating status prior to power outage upon restart
Frost Protection: Unit enters frost protection mode when outdoor temperature is too low
Engineering Mode
Allows free adjustment of fan speeds for supply and exhaust air at each speed level
Advanced Functions
Ultra-Low Temperature Operation: Can operate normally (intermittently) even below 5°F (-15°C)
Temperature Calibration: Displays and calibrates 3 air temperatures (fresh air, return air, supply air); all 3 temperatures used in intelligent control
Advanced Sleep Mode: Operates at lowest speed during specific periods, intelligently opens or closes bypass based on indoor-outdoor temperature difference to reduce air conditioning energy consumption
Intelligent Airflow Compensation: Intelligently compensates airflow after prolonged operation without replacing or cleaning filters or the core
Pre-configured Functions
Cloud Control: Remote control via Tuya Cloud platform mobile APP (WiFi module required)
Forced Dehumidification: Set desired indoor humidity for intelligent operation (humidity sensor required)
CO2 Forced Ventilation: Intelligent operation based on preset CO2 control logic (CO2 sensor required)
Differential Pressure Filter Alert: Intelligent operation and alerts based on core and filter differential pressure (differential pressure switch required, must be installed at factory)
Multiple Signal Interfaces: RS485 interface, bypass control switch signal, differential pressure signal, forced start/stop signal, fire alarm signal, forced high-speed input signal, fault signal, operation signal, and electric heating signal

Controller Compatibility Note: Controller products are classified into Level 1 and Level 2 based on functionality. The keypad controller HDK-CK23C3 is a Level 2 controller. The keypad controller HDK-CK23C2 and the intelligent fresh air controller HDK-CK23C1 are both Level 1 controllers. Compatibility rules: A Level 2 controller can coexist with either of the two Level 1 controllers without conflict. However, the two Level 1 controllers cannot be used simultaneously; only one must be selected.
