High Pressure Homogenizer
High-pressure homogenizer, also known as high-pressure fluid nanocrystalline, can make materials in suspension flow through a special internal cavity (high-pressure homogenizer) at high speed under the action of ultra-high pressure (up to 60000psi), causing a series of changes in the physical and chemical structure of materials, and finally achieving the homogenization effect .

Types of Homogenizer:
1.Manual Operating Homogenizer
Two- stage homogenizer system with manual pressure adjustment is easy to use. It is your economic choice.
2.Hydraulic Operating Homogenizer
The hydraulic control system is developed to adjust the homogenizer pressure, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control system by changing to Proportional valves.
3.Pneumatic Operating Homogenizer
The pneumatic control system is developed for the homogenizer, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control.
4.Large Capacity Homogenizer
This machine has five plungers with the maximum flow reaching 30000L/H. The hydraulic end adopts the split structure which facilitates assembly and disassembly. The pressure adjustment can adopt manual or hydraulic mode.
5.Laboratory Homogenizer
Capacity: 60L/H Max Pressure</=70MPa
Minimum Sample Volume: 200ml
