The hydrocyclone is designed for efficient solid-liquid separation in drilling fluid treatment systems. It utilizes centrifugal force to separate solid particles from drilling fluids, improving mud performance and reducing equipment wear. The equipment is widely used in desander and desilter systems for oil & gas drilling, HDD drilling and mud recycling applications.
Our cone adopted 100% polyurethane or abrasion-resistant alloy material, and we use clamp design, ensuring long life and easy maintenance. It is the ideal products to match desander and desilter.
Drilling fluid enters the hydrocyclone tangentially under pressure.
Under centrifugal force, heavier solid particles move toward the outer wall and are discharged from the bottom outlet, while cleaned drilling fluid exits through the overflow outlet.
