Leveraging 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers, we complete the simultaneous machining of all precision holes and slots in a single fixturing setup. Positional tolerances are consistently controlled within ±0.01mm, ensuring a perfect fit with your precision sensors or locating pins.
We offer a variety of surface treatment solutions, including hard anodizing, electroless nickel plating, and precision grinding. Our products meet strict cleanroom standards, featuring extremely low outgassing rates and exceptional corrosion resistance.
Every baseplate undergoes 100% inspection using a ZEISS Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Unique position codes marked on the surface of each part ensure precise interchangeability and full data traceability within large-scale precision systems.
