1. Touch-Scan Capability: The integrated wide-angle camera enables scanning at virtually zero distance. Barcodes can be placed directly on the module's protective window, removing the need for careful spacing. This "press-to-read" convenience has successfully met a key demand in multiple client projects.
2. Off-Axis Reading: The scanner does not require perfect alignment. Its generous field of view compensates for placement inaccuracies and can interpret codes presented at angles, handling skew up to 65 degrees.
3. Moderate Speed Tolerance: As a conventional rolling shutter module, it offers a motion tolerance of 50-60 cm per second. This specification, while not fit for rapid conveyor systems, adds a layer of sensitivity for common interactive uses. The barcode can be scanned during the natural motion of presenting it, resulting in a fast and fluid user experience.
