The HW-1580N is a compact embedded scanning module that combines high-performance 2D barcode reading with integrated 13.56MHz RFID/NFC functionality. Designed for seamless integration into kiosks, access control systems, medical devices, and industrial equipment, it offers flexible connectivity options and reliable decoding under challenging lighting conditions.

Key Technical Features

High-Performance Decoding - Equipped with a 0.3MP global shutter CMOS sensor (752×480 pixels), the HW-1580N decodes 1D and 2D barcodes on paper and screens with a minimum resolution of 4mil. Decoding speed and accuracy are maintained even in direct sunlight, thanks to built-in anti-glare capability.
Integrated RFID/NFC - Supports 13.56MHz RFID with a read range of 0-40mm. Compatible with common card types including S50, S70, NTAG series, Mifare series, and Fudan M1, making it suitable for payment terminals, identity verification, and asset tracking applications.
Flexible Interfaces - Offers RS232, USB (HID/COM), and TTL interfaces, with a 12-pin FFC connector and additional 4-pin UART and USB connectors for simplified integration. The module supports multiple trigger modes: manual, auto-sensing, continuous, and host mode.
Compact and Integration-Ready - With dimensions of 65 × 61.5 × 18.5mm and a weight of just 20g, the HW-1580N is designed for space-constrained enclosures. The front surface is intentionally left without glass to allow integrators to incorporate their own protective panels.
Environmental Durability - Operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C and under light immunity up to 100,000 Lux, ensuring consistent performance in indoor and outdoor installations.
