1. When using gas fuel, the gas enters the mixing room through the control valve, mixes with air, and USES the opening of the control valve to control the amount of gas;
2. When fuel is used as fuel, the fuel enters the nozzle through the solenoid valve and tubing, and atomized fuel is ejected from the nozzle, mixed with air in the mixing room, further dispersed and atomized by air, and then enters the furnace for combustion.
3.The fuel line system has throttle valve or control fuel pressure to change the nozzle oil output, control the size of the flame.
How the combustion engine works
1. Comply with the combustion engine working conditions, the blower motor start turning, drives the fan blade of coaxial rotation, due to the principle of centrifugal force, the air is high-speed rotating impeller is sent out, because of the principle of fan volute, out of the air blown exports to the front of the combustion machine, in a mixed indoor and into the fuel mix (fuel gas and fuel oil).
2. The control of air volume is completed by the damper drive driven by the damper baffle. Some combustion engine air volume baffle is installed at the suction inlet of the blower for control, while some combustion engine is installed at the blowing outlet of the blower for control.
