Product Description
Q91Y series heavy metal scrap cutting shear is applicable in steel plants, precision casting industry & non-ferrous smelting industry to cut all kinds of scrap steel (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, scrap car shell ,etc.).
The gantry shear is composed of a frame, a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic power system and an electrical system. In the working principle, it passes through the automatic feeding bin, that is, after the material is grabbed to the loading bin, the scrap is automatically sent to the knife edge by the conveyor belt.The feeding speed can be adjusted by the speed regulating motor.
Feature of the gantry shear
1. The machine is driven by hydraulic pressure to cut sections and so on.
2. With integrated hydraulic and electric control, single and continuous action conversion can be realized, simple and convenient to use, and can be stopped and run at any working position.
3. It has a wide range of applications. It can be used as processing equipment for metal recovery processing units and as charge for foundry workshops of factories.
