Introduction of the metal baler
Y81 series scrap metal baler is suitable for scrap metal recycling plants, steel mills, metal smelters, etc. It can pack and compress various scrap metal side materials (scrap iron, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, scrap steel, scrap car shells, etc.) into regular shapes (cuboid, cylinder, octagon). Metal balers generally adopt manual or PLC automatic control mode of operation, and our Y81 series 800-ton metal baler adopts PLC automatic control system, which is easy to operate. The discharge form of this baler is the front turning method. The body color of this metal baler is blue with orange accents. The packaging pressure, material box size, block size and color of the metal baler can be customized according to customer needs. Our hydraulic metal recycling machines are very popular in the scrap metal recycling industry.
Features of the metal baler
1. The metal balers are all driven by hydraulic pressure, which is stable, safe and reliable;
2. The metal baler adopts the operation mode of manual or PLC automatic control;
3. The discharge form of the metal baler includes four ways: sideways bag, side push bag, forward push bag or no bag;
4. There is no need for foot screws to install the metal baler, and a diesel engine can be used as power in places without power supply.
