Operation Instructions
Upon receiving your hose crimping machine, verify the motor voltage matches your requirements. Follow these steps for proper setup and operation:
Important: New machines are shipped without hydraulic oil.
Add approximately 50L of T46 hydraulic oil
Connect electrical power and verify correct wiring connections
Cycle the crimping head open and closed 10 times to remove air from the system
Select appropriate die sets for your application
Adjust the dial to the proper crimping scale
Position assembled hose in the crimping head and perform crimping operation
Verify crimped diameter meets specifications
