The rear wheel speed signal is a primary input for the xDrive transfer case — it determines how much torque to route to the rear axle versus the front. Our sensor's PWM signal output matches OEM pulse specifications exactly, ensuring the xDrive clutch pack engages and disengages with factory-level smoothness. Signal drift would cause jerky AWD transitions — our zero-drift calibration eliminates this risk.
2. ADAS Data Feed Reliability
The G08's ADAS suite (adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, collision warning) uses wheel speed data as a primary input for calculating safe following distances and intervention timing. Our sensor's < 0.3 ms response time ensures the ADAS control unit receives wheel speed updates fast enough for real-time decision-making at highway speeds. A slower sensor response could cause adaptive cruise to lag — our sensor eliminates that latency.
3. G-Series CAN Bus Signal Integrity
The G08 uses BMW's latest-generation FLEXRAY/CAN bus architecture.
