Usually, underpad has five layers to absorb and isolate the liquid:
First layer is soft non-woven fabric, keeps skin dry and comfortable
Second layer is tissue paper
Third layer is fluff pulp mixed with SAP(super absorbent polymer), absorb the liquid very fast and quickly
Fourth layer is Tissue paper
Fifth layer is PE film, can prevent the leakage and side-leakage, and keep the bed or floor dry and clean, which guarantees hygiene and cleanness
