All products include steel plate material sheets and zinc kettle flaw detection reports. Welding seams undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection with qualified results before factory dispatch. Welding standards comply with GB11345-2013 and related production standards.
Key considerations include land size, material type, production quantity, and environmental protection requirements. Hot dip galvanizing may not suit all product coating needs, with alternative processes like plating available for specific applications.
Critical operational note: Once operational, the factory cannot be stopped as zinc solution must remain molten year-round. Ensure sufficient workload to offset operational costs and generate profits.
Kettle sizing is determined by the largest part dimensions and production volume. For example, if 12m pipes represent a small quantity while 6m steel structures dominate production, we recommend against a 12.5m kettle. Share your part specifications for customized kettle design recommendations.
