Description:
Welded Heavy Duty Gratings are designed to service applications subject to heavy rolling and static loads such as highways, plant floors, loading docks, inlet covers and airports. Since these conditions can range from light-duty forklifts to heavy-duty truck or aircraft traffic, heavy duty gratings are manufactured in a wide range of bar sizes and spacings.
Heavy Duty Gratings is the product in accordance with customers requirements that is lined by load flat steel and horizontal rod alternately in a certain space, welded into primary plate in the high voltage resistance welding machine, then through the deep-processing of such working procedures as cutting, slitting, tapping, bordure, etc.
Swage-locked grating also can be called aluminum steel, the bearing bar of swage-locked grating can be either I-shaped or rectangular. Under the same conditions, I-shaped swage-locked grating is lighter and lighter than the rectangular swage-locked grating.
