DTF Hot Melt Powder is a type of adhesive powder used in the direct-to-film (DTF) printing process. It is a finely ground, thermoplastic powder that is applied to the printed design to facilitate the transfer onto various surfaces.

DTF Hot Melt Powder is used in textiles and garments, heat transfer printing, heat transfer paste, flocking paste and bronzing paste.
The DTF powder acts as an adhesive and bonding agent, ensuring that the ink adheres to the substrate and providing vibrant and durable prints on various materials, such as fabrics, ceramics, plastics, and more.
The DTF Hot Melt Powder is designed to work in conjunction with the ink and film used in the DTF printing process. After the image is printed onto the DTF Film, the hot melt powder is sprinkled onto the wet ink, coating the entire design. The powder adheres to the ink and acts as a bonding agent.
